harassment or retaliation. Also handling negotiation of employment
contracts or severance agreements, breach of contract actions, illegal
non-payment of wage/salary/commission claims and representation at
unemployment hearings or appeals.

Transactions and Landlord-Tenant Disputes
Representing Buyers and
Sellers in all aspects of residential real estate transactions including
single family residences, multi-unit residential property and
condominiums. Also experienced in resolving or litigating
landlord-tenant disputes on behalf of either the landlord or the tenant.
Consumer Disputes
Resolution of consumer
disputes involving products or services, which were not satisfactorily
resolved with the merchant or business. Concentration and focus on
unfair and deceptive trade practices.
Wills, Estates and
Trusts
Developing and drafting
estate plans which address the needs and wants of the client to transfer
assets and plan for children in the event of death. Consultations
include simple wills to more complex trusts depending on the needs of
each individual.
Personal Injury
Contingency fee agreements
in handling personal injury cases involving auto accidents, slip and
fall, and products liability.
Small Business Matters
Handles drafting articles
of incorporation, corporate by-laws and associated documents for forming
a corporation, limited liability company, or limited liability
partnership. Assistance in developing stock option planning for
privately held corporations. Assistance in drafting and reviewing
contracts governing business relationships.
Litigation
Handle litigation in
Massachusetts District, Probate and Family, and Superior Courts as well
as state agencies. Also handle federal court litigation.
